Course Description

This training is designed to help educators integrate God’s Word into their classroom management techniques. Teachers will explore key biblical scriptures that guide how we lead and discipline children, applying these principles to create a nurturing and positive classroom environment.

Through this training, you will learn effective strategies for offering guidance, discipline, and encouragement in the classroom, all rooted in biblical teachings. Whether you’re teaching in a Christian school or a secular setting, these principles can help you provide a structured, supportive learning environment that fosters both academic and spiritual growth.

Target Audience: Pre-Kindergarten through 12th Grade Teachers

 

About the Presenter:

Brandon Pence is the founder of Teach Christian, a ministry dedicated to integrating faith and education. In 2018, he helped establish a private Christian school in Kentucky, where he served as principal for its first five years. Currently, he serves as board chairman while also supporting the school in other leadership roles. With over 15 years of experience as an early childhood trainer, Brandon brings extensive knowledge of how to effectively apply biblical values in teaching practices.

During this study, you will gain insights into how biblical principles align with effective classroom management strategies. Learn how to guide your students with love and discipline while creating a positive, Christian-focused environment. You’ll leave with practical tools to implement in your classroom, whether in a faith-based or secular setting.
